Alternative fair representational model for democratic process in india

 I am proposing an alternative representation model for all constituencies including parliament - loksabha, state legislative assemblies and panchayati raj institutions. I am putting forward a paired leadership model were each constituency will be represented by a male and a female representative at all levels. Main Advantages 1) fair representation of both sex. 2) process continuity guaranteed in case of sudden demise of an individual in pair or in next election. 3) more time can be spend on constituency and at the same time the voice of constituency can be raised equally well at the representational house.   Main disadvantages 1) cost 2) minor election process change. Complexities identified 1) Election All political parties and independents have to be to file nomination in male female pairs. 1.1) Nomination rejection of one of the members What will happen if nomination for one member is rejected owing to some reason. nomination should be resubmitted with alternativ
