Recently I was pushed to a situation by my employer which forced me to start fresh round of intensive job hunt. Even though the reasons for this situation is invalid for this post I would like to share my experiences in job market. This might be usefull for all those people who have good experience but are unable to find a job. Analyzing the situation I have been working in IT industry since 1998 in various roles and capacities. But when I entered job market afresh. I could see no one is any more interested in my resume I am no more getting calls as earlier. Which left me thinking if the job market saturated, is economy playing a havoc. Well the answer is no you still have your place. The market is flooded with unrealistic resumes created mainly by resume writers and hr consulting firms. Well i just mean to say a minority of bad guys making things complicated for all, basically all are good people. The loosers are your company and client, filthy managers are clear winners as th
